- Set long-term vision and drive strategy across all business verticals
- Leading & ownership of launching new products & business verticals
- Creating strategies for external partnerships – mergers, acquisitions and JV’s
- Leading & coordinating internal audit across all functions through external agencies
- Setting Key Performance Metrics, quarterly performance targets for all regions & departments & monitoring them
- Leading Dashboards/MIS implementation project with consultants & ERP team
- Providing training & technical expertise to the sales team to enable them to
- Bachelors/ Masters with approximately 3 years+ of relevant work-experience, preferably BTech + MBA.
- Adept in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Publisher) and preferably in Photoshop.
- Possesses Strategic thinking, problem solving & analytical skills.
- Collaborative, punctual, energetic, willing to learn, team-player, detail and action-oriented, willing to travel, and be creative and innovative.
- Introduction of new technology related initiatives across the business
