Job Description
- Responsible for all over coordination on behalf of the MD Office
- Supporting the development of the company’s long-term organizational strategy.
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes & departments.
- Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
- Assessing market trends and competitors and Identifying threats and opportunities in the industry and for the company.
- Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
- Monitoring and reporting on department/zone progress
- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes.
- Devise and implement an overall CSR strategy for Sugam Foundation
- Perform research and come up with meaningful projects that benefit the community
- Develop project proposals and implementation plans with budgets
Key Skills
- Degree in business/strategy or related field, MBA preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Fluency in English and Hindi communication – verbal and written
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Outstanding problem solving , research and analytical abilities.
- Project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Proficiency in critical and structured thinking to be able to design company wide strategy
- Be a self-starter and have an entrepreneurial mindset to come up with meaningful projects and take them to execution
