Executive / Sr. Executive – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates through different means.
  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
  • Review resumes/CVs, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the final selection of candidates by gathering feedback from interviewers
  • Collaborate with HR to extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Job Specification

  • PGDM/MBA-HR, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Ready to travel as and when required
  • Proven working experience in recruiting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
  • Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
