Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of candidates through different means.
- Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
- Review resumes/CVs, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the final selection of candidates by gathering feedback from interviewers
- Collaborate with HR to extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Specification–
- PGDM/MBA-HR, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Ready to travel as and when required
- Proven working experience in recruiting
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
- Integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
