Job Description
- Managing overall Accounting functions & monitoring over all controlls in F&A Dept
- Co-ordination with ERP Team for development and correction of ERP accounting features
- Finalization of Financial Statements on Quarterly, Half yearly & yearly basis (as required)
- Review & finalization of monthly P&L statement
- Coordination with banks for funding
- Leading & building a high performance finance & accounts team
- Managing Audits – internal, statutory, tax, etc
- Annual budgeting, cost reduction & implementation
- Direct & Indirect Tax, compliances management & supervision
- Monthly/Quarterly MIS reports to management
- Planning, Forecasting and related Financial & Management Reporting
Key Skills
- CA(Preferably with logistics industry exposure), B.com, M.com.
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis with good knowledge of leading annual business planning, Budgeting and Forecasting and operating expense planning.
- Should have similar job exposure in service/manufacturing company
- Collaborative, punctual, energetic, willing to learn, team-player, detail and action-oriented, integrity
- Should have potential to be future CFO. Less knowledge in certain areas is ok but trust factor, leadership skills & learning attitude is must
