Sugam Parivahan Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 1987 by Late Mr. K.V. Mittal and his son Late Mr. Naveen Mittal.

Mr. K.V. Mittal, with over 5 decades of experience in the transportation industry, was a Co-founder & Director of M/s. Dooars Transport Pvt. Ltd., established over 6 decades ago and which was considered a pioneer of the Indian Transport Industry. He ventured tirelessly to build the organization from scratch. Sugam progressed leaps and bounds under his dynamic leadership. Growing from a 20 office company to more than 150, SPL has become one of the most recognized transport company in the subcontinent under his leadership.

Mr. Naveen Mittal always ensured that the company’s growth was aligned with its ethics & values. With his strong vision, powerful leadership and innovative decision making, he played a pivotal role in binding the company together & in escalating its growth to its current position.

Mr. Kaustubh Mittal, Managing Director, after pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, worked for 3 years with Larsen & Toubro Ltd, India’s leading engineering & construction company, where he was a recipient of many awards & accolades. After joining Sugam as a Director in 2011, he has infused new energy & dynamism in the functioning of the companies by creating an enterprising vision and by creating a conducive environment for the growth and development of the companies and its people.

Mrs. Rajni Mittal, Director, joined Sugam as a Director in 2001 and has since demonstrated her extraordinary management skills by bringing in stability and growth to the company over the past decade.

SPL’s management is currently headed by Mrs. Rajni Mittal & Mr. Kaustubh Mittal. They are also on the Board of Director’s of M/s Anandmayee Forgings Pvt. Ltd, a family owned forgings manufacturing company based near Delhi.

By thinking outside the established framework, they plan to identify new business opportunities while maintaining the high standards of performance and quality.
